Peanut Butter Jelly Bars!

I have been following  A Few Short Cuts  for a long time now! Amanda has amazing recipes and several are Gluten Free! Last night I made The Peanut Butter Jelly Bars. My kids (and hubby) devoured them! They were so easy... I am putting the link to Amanda's recipe HERE . I made a slight modification, though. Instead of making peanut butter cookie dough from scratch, I used a .50 bag of The BOGO cookie dough from Publix! Using this quick mix means I can have a quick after school snack in 20 minutes!!
Go see Amanda and follow her... you won't regret it!
